Environmental Policy

At EOM we commit ourselves to embrace sustainability as an integral part of our business strategy.

We therefore aim to maximize our supply from sustainable sources. We put significant effort into developing recycling opportunities, often in close co-operation with our customers. We also seek feedback from our customers on our sustainability efforts.

We strive to be fully compliant with global and local environmental legislation and compliance obligations, supported by Reach and ISO14001 standards. We focus on continual improvement to lower our impact, protect the environment and
minimize the use of natural resources in all of our operations globally.

The EOM environmental policy will be published to our stakeholders and we commit to comply with this policy in all of our activities and decisions.

Quality Policy

At EOM we believe that the quality of our products makes the difference towards all of our stakeholders. Therefore, we put consistent quality at the top of our priorities.

We achieve this ambition by:

  • focusing on innovative technology & continual improvement
  • engaging highly competent and reliable people
  • adhering to customer specifications, internal procedures and ISO standards
  • actively seeking customer feedback

Safety Policy

At EOM we give priority to the safety and health of our employees as we believe every accident can be prevented. To this end, we focus on the following areas:

Safe Behaviour
We commit ourselves to guarantee our personal safety and that of our colleagues.

Safe Equipment and Processes
We evaluate the risks of each new installation and/or process, as well as existing systems prior to any changes. We take measures to reduce the risks to an acceptable level.

Safe Procedures
We set clear procedures for tasks to prevent accidents, train on these procedures and monitor compliance.
We expect all employees to stop any task that is deemed unsafe for them or their colleagues.
